This is Mac Gowan's motto when we're developing our menus. The initial menus and recipes where developed by Niall Mac Gowan, the only head chef in the family. From the beginning, back in 1995, we have always laid high priority in top class products. Our food is prepared by trained chefs and mostly homemade.
